This all-levels vinyasa class allows you to explore your body while engaging the core, the legs, & tone the arms. We will take time to ground through this practice.

This all-levels deep stretch class allows you to explore your subtle energies. You will release tension and stress while you focus on your breath.

This all-levels full body flow will work the core, hamstrings, and most importantly the shoulders. Notice the release in the body when this practice is over.
